Foodways & Traditions Series
This series celebrates African American contributions to film. Each event involves a film screening and discussion.
This series connects us to our past through food and family traditions. Each event features a different food and/or tradition that we explore and celebrate.
Educational Programs
Archaeology Camp
The Archaeology camp is a week-long fun and educational experience for children ages 10-18. Campers will explore historic sites, analyze artifacts, and learn about how we use archaeology to understand history.
Black History Club
The Black History Club is a yearlong club for children ages 12-18. Starting in February, club members meet once every two months to engage in a holistic, and inclusive exploration of black history. Club members decide on topics to explore, books to read, and activities to participate in.
